Bruce's success within the construction industry for over 40 years has rewarded him with great leadership skills and respect within the mechanical construction industry. Bruce holds the "Master HVAC License" for Weidner's and has extensive experience in project design, management, and project estimating. He is sensitive to the owner's mechanical needs and has been very successful in bringing projects to completion, both on schedule and within budget.
Dan' career in mechanical construction since 1999 with Weidner's, along with his accomplishments involving a range of projects, has resulted with a high level of success regarding planning and executing, while effectively communicating. Dan's commitment, results in successful projects with on time completion and budget awareness. Dan is also involved with Weidner's business promotions and advertising development.
Adam joined Weidner's Mechanical Contractors in 2014 and was previously employed in the construction field for 11 years. Adam's hands on experiences are a true asset, as he has integrated into the mechanical construction industry. Adam manages both medium and large HVAC projects, and is successful completing these projects on schedule.
Nathan started his career with Weidner's in 2004 as a plumber apprentice. After his apprenticeship Nathan earned his Journeyman and Master Plumbing License over the next 10 years, while working as a Field Foreman. That experience allows Nathan to understand the importance of Project Management along with Field Coordination. It also makes him an asset to our customers, suppliers and the entire Weidner staff.
Karen brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the Weidner team, while facilitating payroll, A/R, A/P, job costing, and financial reporting. Weidner's Mechanical Contractors welcomed Karen into employment in 2015.
Becky joined Weidner's in March of 2017. Becky assists Karen with many accounting functions, as well as performing a key role with the administrative and front desk duties.
Jo Ann joined the Weidner Team in the spring of 2019. Since then Jo Ann has been lending her support to the Weidner staff in multiple facets. She is the welcoming voice and smile that often greets you when you call or stop in, and with great experience, Jo Ann consistently directs the traffic within our very busy office setting.
Nate has been employed with Weidner's Mechanical Contractors since 2008, with his original duties as a service technician in the service department. Nate's abilities were recognized, and he was promoted to service manager in 2016. Nate's field experience is greatly appreciated in his management position.
Loren joined Weidner's Mechanical Contractors in 2015. Loren's attention to detail and his go-getter attitude leads to a high level of customer satisfaction and is very beneficial to our company goals. His willingness to understand the customer's needs assures that they have a good experience, which aids in our customer retention.
Brittany joined the Weidner Team in February of 2020. Brittany's years of industry experience gives her the ability to satisfy our customer's needs. With prioritization and strategic scheduling Brittany is a great asset to both our customers and our team of qualified service technicians.
As a student in the St. Cloud State University Construction Management Course, Jonah came on board in the fall of 2019. Jonah has joined us full time, as of December of 2020. His support to the entire Project Management Team is very much welcomed.
David joined the Weidner Team in the fall of 2019. His concentrated efforts regarding safety are first and foremost, both on job sites as well as in our shop and warehouse areas.
Harry's communications with contractors, architects, end users and developers identify opportunities. His commercial construction experience and successes that began in 1979, provides the ability to build relationships, while realizing opportunities for both Weidner's and the valued Customer. As well, Harry often introduces employment opportunities to candidates, looking to improve their careers and joining the staff at Weidner's.
