Dan began his mechanical construction career at Weidner's in 1999. From the beginning Dan's experience evolved with managing the Weidner service department, small project estimating, and then moving to large project estimating along with project management. Dan continues to enjoy building relationships with owners, general contractors/CM's, architects and engineers. Dan takes pride in incorporating great communication skills while establishing a family atmosphere in the workplace. Dan is supported at home with his wife Deb, and their 3 wonderful children.
Nathan started his career with Weidner's in the summer of 2004 as a plumbing apprentice. After his apprenticeship, Nathan earned his Journeyman and Master Plumbing Licenses. For Nathan's first 15 years, he worked as a field foreman on our commercial projects. After that Nathan took on a new role as Project Manager and Vice President of the Plumbing and Hydronic divisions of the company. Nathan's combination of experience in the field, and as a Project Manager, makes him an asset and valuable resource to those we serve, as well as the Weidner team.
Adam joined the Weidner's team in 2014, bringing with him a strong background in the construction industry. His hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge in the field has developed Adam to be a true asset to the ventilation division, where he serves as Project Manager and Estimator.
Adam is known for his attention to detail and unwavering commitment to every project he oversees.
As a minority owner of Weidner's Adam contributes by supporting Weidner's mission of timely work, excellent value, fair price, and exceptional quality. Outside the office, Adam enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children. Together, they stay active through sports, traveling, and unwinding with family movie nights.
Jonah graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management in 2020. While completing the final semester of the program in the fall of 2019, he began working as an intern for Weidner's, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the real world. Following graduation, Jonah transitioned into a full-time role with Weidner's, where he continues to apply a strong educational foundation and practical skills to deliver quality construction solutions and support project success. Jonah's role on the project management team focuses on submittals, change order work and estimating.
Becky joined Weidner's in March of 2017. Becky's daily efforts and experience support the needs of our Project Managers. Becky does a great job at assisting in the final closeouts on all projects.
Nate and Shawn teamed up in the spring of 2024 to focus their attention on design build projects. With their experience and expertise, together they have worked many years on jobsites for Weidner's in both the HVAC and Plumbing divisions. That knowledge allows them both to review specifications and plans while also offering their commonsense approach on both practical and special designs. This approach allows Weidner's to offer cost allocations that are smart and that also meet the owners budget and needs.
After joining the Weidner's team in 2006 as a field employee Shawn's talents moved to the office in the spring of 2024 to focus his attention on design build projects. Shawn's hands-on knowledge benefits the Weidner's team and everyone Shawn serves.
Nate has been employed with Weidner's since 2008, with his original duties as a service technician in the service department. Nate's abilities were recognized, and he was promoted to service manager in 2016. Nate's field experience is greatly appreciated in his management position.
Nate also heads up Weidner's "Design Build" Team that focuses attention on customizing design build projects. With valuable experience and expertise of many years on job sites with Weidner's in both HVAC and Plumbing. Nate's practical and special designs are his strengths.
Loren joined Weidner's in 2015. Loren's attention to detail and his go-getter attitude leads to a high level of customer satisfaction and is very beneficial towards our company goals. Loren's willingness to listen and understand the customers' needs assures us that they have a positive experience, which results in high customer retention.
Brittany joined the Weidner's team in February of 2020. Brittany's several years of industry experience gives her the ability to satisfy our customers' needs. With prompt communications, prioritization and strategic scheduling, Brittany is a great asset to both our customers and our team of qualified service technicians.

Diane began her employment with Weidner's in December of 2021 and has over 25 years of accounting experience.
Brittany joined Weidner's in December of 2021, after her training and education at the St. Cloud Technical and Community College.
Jo Ann joined the Weidner team in the spring of 2019. Since then, Jo Ann has been lending her support to the Weidner staff in multiple facets. She is the welcoming voice and smile that often greets you when you call or stop in, and with great experience, Jo Ann consistently directs the traffic within our very busy office setting.
Deb joined the Weidner's team in March of 2025 as the Safety Director. Deb has 20+ years of well-rounded experience in the customer service, legal & safety fields. She is devoted to ensuring all Weidner's employees come home at the end of the day the same way they arrived. SAFELY!! Deb is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Deb is inspired daily by her husband and their three kids.
With Bruce's role evolving in May of 2025 after 23 years as Weidner's Majority Owner, his continued involvement as Weidner's "Industry Experienced Consultant" will be greatly valued. Bruce's extensive experience of over 44 years performing mechanical business management, project management, design, budgeting, and estimating will reward everyone involved, as Weidner's continues their focus on partnering with owners, contractors, and construction management companies regarding both hard bid and design build projects.
Harry enjoys communicating with contractors, architects, end users and developers identifying opportunities. His over 4 decades of commercial construction experience and successes that began in 1979, provides the ability to build relationships, while realizing opportunities for both Weidner's and their valued customers. Also, Harry often introduces employment opportunities to candidates, looking to improve their careers by joining the staff at Weidner's. Harry contributes his appreciation for a family culture by being a great communicator while understanding that accountability fosters success.
